"Star Defender" is a book cover and poster project that was inspired by stories of alien life that is misunderstood by humans. Sometimes what may look like one thing might be something else. A gigantic octopus in space may be simply doing what it was born to do, defend its home a burning star. The image depicts the human fleet engaging the space creature in what will surely be an immense battle.The book cover is 4.25" x 6.87" pocket book dimensions designed using 4 colors. The companion poster can be screen printed using 4 colors on off-white or cream colored paper at 18"x24". The "Star Defender" title typography is completely custom lettering.
