This company is a mobile banking app. It’s a bank with no brick and mortar, and I’ve had the privilege in 2020 to be their retaining contract UX designer. Updating their homepage was a privilege and a fun project. We wanted to increase conversion rates by creating a more unique and energetic digital environment for potential users. Along with the layout, some of the verbiage also changed to engage viewers to take action. Social proof was added along with easier call to action access.
